Really lovely hotel, our room was bigger than expected and we had a large terrace which was great. Quite location with parks and a Lidl nearby. Comfortable bed, quality linens and towels, but the pillows were very thin and soft, not ideal. Plenty of hot water for a lovely bath (we also had a shower over the bath). Really great breakfast with lots and lots of choice, much more choice than we have previously had with this hotel chain. Free hot and cold drinks are available all day. Free parking BUT the outside car park is very small, and the underground car park is also small. We were very lucky to get the last car parking space (especially as we didn't use the car for two days), as there was no on street parking available outside or near the hotel. Great location for us as we wanted to leave the car there and take the metro trains into the centre of Madrid. Doing this was super easy, as the metro enterance is only a fifteen minute walk away. Really helpful Metro staff, great trains and only an hours train ride into the centre of the city. A bargain at 12 Euro for 10 trips (one metro card with 10 trips can be used by two people, so very cheap travel).

We have unlimited drinks for us from the vending machine, you have coffee, fruit juices, hot choc any time of the day at their cafe area! Parking is free at the property and always have space for us to park our car during the stay. Less busy location, and playground and park nearby if you have children. You can walk around the neighbourhood in the morning and evening. Everything looks the same as the photos. Love the hotel!!! Definitely recommended if you have your own transport to travel.

Loved the free underground carpark but even if full there are spaces on street. Also free coffee and tea was nice any time of day. Friendly staff. Convenient to get to Madrid centre. One stop on line 12 to Fuenlabrada central and line 5 to Atocha in 25 minutes. Other alternative options too.

Reception team are the best, rooms with baths , comfortable beds... Close to Metro... Had great time for affordable price.

We got a family room, very comfortable, clean and the bathroom is great. The staff were really kind. The location is a bit far if you want to explore madrid but accessible by train and busses

It is close to transportation system. Besides, the staff is quite formal and kind, willing to help us at any time. I would repeat a stay without hesitation

Well appointed modern hotel, very similar to a Travelodge, with secure parking. We chose it because we didn’t want to have to drive into central Madrid, wanted secure parking and a Metro station nearby(4 mins) walk. Excellent value for money.
